Welcome to our new Global HR Director

We are delighted to announce that Sharon Paul has recently joined us as our new Group Human Resources Director.

Sharon brings extensive global HR Leadership experience supporting EPC projects in the Oil and Gas Industry. A progressive HR Executive, she joins us from the USA to provide strategic HR leadership in the planning and implementation of high quality integrated human resources programs.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Organisational Science, Sharon also serves on the Boards of Directors for HR Houston and The WorkFaith Connection, two non-profit organisations. Sharon is driven to make a lasting impact through empowering, engaging and developing people.

Sharon inherits a fine HR team designed and developed by John Kavanagh over almost three decades of relentless hard work and dedication. Please join us in saying a warm welcome to Sharon and in wishing John all the best for his next chapter.
