Our transparent progress

To empower our people, we have entrusted Danie de Kock, VP of HR Operations EMEA, with the leadership of this crucial focus area. We have also established Working Group Sponsors that will cater to each target of our focus area. Furthermore, we have set up dedicated Wellbeing Committees across all regions, ensuring that every initiative is rolled out effectively. Through the collective efforts of these teams, we aim to review the available solutions, test their effectiveness and usage, and ultimately create a suite of fit-for-purpose resources that will benefit all our employees.

Throughout 2023, we're committed to:

  • Using our people data to inform and create regional strategies to empower our people to prosper
  • Reviewing all our people upskilling programmes with a fairness and consistency lens
  • Compiling a set of resources and programmes for our employees that promote well-being and empowerment.
  • Reinforcing our internal communications to keep all our people informed about their wellbeing benefits
  • Collecting data on benefits and programme usage to drive informed decisions.
