At Kent, we are building our business with Inclusion & Belonging at the core, making Kent a place where people can thrive by just being themselves.
The MEA HR & Learning Achievement Awards acknowledge and celebrate the most exceptional HR & Learning achievements in the region.
Our commitment to providing career development opportunities to our talented team around the world earned us the Best Talent Spotting Approach award. And it is because our Career development programme gives our employees the necessary tools to complement and fuel their growth and ambition at Kent.
The Best Use of Diversity/Inclusion/Equity/Equality in Learning & Development award acknowledges our successful “Kent Inclusion Week”. During this week, over 1,000 employees from all Kent locations participated in five online sessions to learn and share their perspectives on inclusion and belonging.
Over the last year, we have made significant strides in our Inclusion & Belonging commitments.
We appointed Karen Blanc as our Director of Inclusion & Belonging and People Development. Under her leadership, we built a global community of I&B Changemakers, who will help us roll out and reinforce all our initiatives across all regions. In addition, we launched our Inclusion & Belonging strategy and policy and established a culture of allyship, kindness, curiosity and everyday inclusion.
Together, we are shaping the culture of Kent. We are living our Inclusion & Belonging strategy and creating a sense of belonging where every one of us gets to bring our whole selves to work and feel safe about it and valued for it.
