Sarnia and Calgary Kent teams repaired a Jetty and associated infrastructure, damaged by a catastrophic storm wave

IMG 0088

Sarnia and Calgary Kent Offices led outstanding work on the repair of a Jetty and associated infrastructure, damaged by a catastrophic storm wave at the beginning of the year.

Initially, the Sarnia Kent Office Site Investigation and Remediation Team responded to the client’s call for emergency Engineering Assistance to assess the damage and plan the repair of the damaged transom and piping.

Kent Calgary and Sarnia offices provided multi-disciplined Engineering to assess the damage to determine what needed to be replaced and what could be re-used, saving the client money and time.

The required completion of this project was in October, but with only 12,000 work hours, we were able to return the facility in September, despite the tight schedule.

This is a shout-out to our Engineering & Consulting team, who provided expert multi-discipline engineering, project management, procurement, scheduling, subject matter expertise and onsite construction coordination, leading to a superb result.
