Kent Kazakhstan Development Academy launches wave 2

Kent Kazakhstan Development Academy launches wave 2

As part of our commitment to developing a future wave of local talent in Kazakhstan, we have recently rolled out a 12-month development program known as KKDA wave 2: “Kent Kazakhstan Development Academy”.

The program is focused on developing Kazakh young graduates that currently work in different areas of our business from 3GI to Admin roles to further accelerate their career paths to become future local leaders of our organisation.

Our first wave saw 2 of our talent successfully completing their training and graduating. This year we are going bigger and stronger with a total of 21 intakes into the program.

Melody Sheybani, Director of People & Organisational Development, commented "As the person accountable for leading development programs across Kent, my vision for Kazakhstan, one of our largest markets, is to develop our local Kazakh talent at all levels of the organisation. Not only within Kazakhstan, but into leadership positions globally throughout the business. The Kent Kazakhstan Development Academy (KKDA) is one step towards the goal and I am excited to be working with the team as they begin their journey."
