Kent celebrates achieving Clear-Assured Bronze Standard in the UK

Bronze accreditation banner

Kent has been awarded the Clear Assured Bronze Standard in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the UK. This fantastic accomplishment highlights our unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on people and our planet.

The Clear Company has been partnering with businesses to offer comprehensive audits, guidance, and insights on best practices for diversity and inclusion in the workplace since 2003. They help companies progress through various levels of Inclusion & Belonging compliance, spanning from Bronze to Platinum. By achieving this standard, we're moving forward in our commitment to making Kent a place where our people can be themselves at work, with fair and equal access to opportunities, free from bias and discrimination.

And we're not stopping here. Every day, we strive to create an inclusive environment so that every team member feels as though they have a home in every Kent office around the world, where our beliefs and principles remain steadfast. Through our ongoing efforts, we'll continue to make Kent an even more vibrant, innovative, and simply the best place to work.

Our VP of Inclusion & Belonging, and People Development, Karen Blanc, shared her excitement about this achievement:

"I am incredibly proud of our team for achieving the Clear Assured Bronze Standard, a recognition of our dedication to nurturing a diverse and inclusive workplace. By fostering Inclusion & Belonging, we unleash our team's energy within, driving innovation and consistently delivering outstanding results for our people, our clients and our stakeholders. Our focus remains on cultivating an inclusive culture where diversity thrives organically, and we're looking forward to continuing our journey towards Silver level with the Clear Company.
Les Newman, our UK Managing Director, remarked: "Achieving the Clear Assured Bronze Standard marks an important milestone in our journey to becoming industry leaders in diversity, equity and inclusion. We are thrilled to be part of this meaningful journey with Clear Company and continue our progress towards a more equitable future."

By achieving this standard, we're moving forward in our commitment to making Kent a place where our people can be themselves at work, with fair and equal access to opportunities, free from bias and discrimination.
