Bring your weird to work for Kent
Our CEO, John Gilley, spoke to Ed Reed from Energy Voice about today's energy market landscape, the energy transition journey, how Kent is doing 10 months on from launch and our future plans.
In this interview, you will also learn about the fantastic culture we are building at Kent. One where everybody feels they can belong, and something John calls "bringing your wonderful weirdness to work".
One of the outcomes of this engagement programme was a drive to create a culture where “people can belong”, Gilley said. “We want everyone to bring their weirdness to work. That’s where the real magic happens,” he continued.
