Skill & Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of Engineering Application Admin Support within assigned project scope

• Database Setup, Initialization, Backup, PAU creation, Naming Convention, UDF/UDT definition.
• Assign project logo in project activities and provide logo path.
• Preferences management, Report management, Access management
• PSR report creation & customization as per requirements.
• Develop reference cables, devices panels, junction boxes and DCS/ESD/PLC wiring equipment.
• ESL Template and Title Block Customization of template for the specification, wiring, Loop, Hook-Up.
• Create new project and assign users to the group, assign group to project as per requirement.
• Report preparation or extraction using EDE manager , SQL Query scripting.
• Offline Project activities – Creation of Project, Importing / Exporting Project , Logo assignment Etc.
• Syncing As-Built reference database from Client into Project Database.
• Claim entities to project and merging to as-built activities.
• Layouts and Symbol Customization
• Importing Index , IO List , Datasheet, Process Data, Wiring Data into SPI Database
• Support to SPI end user queries
• Preparation & development of SPI procedures and workflows.
• Communication skills in English to facilitate working with team located all over the globe
• Ability to setup new project into Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI)
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Smart sketch.
• Good knowledge about SPI data flow architecture
• Ability to priorities and organize admin activities and delivered multiple Task
• Good knowledge of codes/standards in preparation of instrument specification sheets.
• Good knowledge about Migration and upgradation of databases
• Degree in instrumentation Engineering
• 10 to 15 years of working experience as a SPI Administrator
• Presentation and business communication skill.
• Identify/report technical concerns and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Attend project and team meeting.
• Conduct technical training session for team.

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
