Role Scope:

Kent is seeking a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role is responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of recruitment, mobilisation, administration and compliance processes for all Blue and White Collar employees assigned to the project.

This is a temporary assignment of approximately three months, ideal for someone looking to transition smoothly into a new role ahead of 2026. Working out of our trendy and vibrant South Brisbane office, you will join a supportive team that prides itself on a strong, people-focused culture. You will also enjoy the option of flexible working, giving you the balance that you need to perform at your best.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all phases of the on-boarding & mobilisation process for both white and blue collar candidates.
• Communicating with technical leads & clients to ensure quality of labour and safety needs are met
• Reference checking & background verification's
• Booking of pre-employment medicals
• Co-ordinate and plan the delivery of training
• Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, training verification.
• Prepare all employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
• Maintain and build close relationships with candidates and contacts
• Manage the day-to-day administration responsibilities including file management & CV formatting and maintaining recruitment trackers

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in mobilisations and or project administration, with additional recruitment or human resources exposure considered an advantage. They will bring a solid understanding of mobilisation and on-boarding processes, strong administrative capabilities, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Highly motivated and eager to succeed, they will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
