Kent is looking for a People & Culture Specialist to be based in Mumbai, India.
Your Responsibilities:
Experience to support on HR activities involved in and execution of:
- Hiring (Post and Pre-recruitment coordination)
- HR Operations
- HR Systems and Tools
- Part of Employee Life cycle – Onboarding till Offboarding
- Employee Engagement
- Oracle HCM
- Employee Grievance
- HR Reports and data analytics
In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.
Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Qualification/ Certification:
Education:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. Must be Degree holder.
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management and Human Resources Operational/Functional activities
- Competency in the written and spoken business language of the Region of employment.
- Competency in English
- Competency is MS-excel and Power-point is must.
- Understanding application of macros and AI will be preferred
Communication:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Presentation and business communication skills.
