UK Graduate Programme launch event 2022

This week, we warmly welcomed a new group of talented graduates to our three-year Graduate Programme in the UK.

Our second and third-year graduates played a key role in organising the two-day welcoming event, which provided our new joiners with a comprehensive introduction to Kent, including a personal branding workshop and an overview of our programme. They also kicked off their Graduate Charity Challenge and explored their career paths, with a focus on helping them attain chartered status.

With this latest group of graduates, we now have a total of 60 in the UK.

Our programme is geared towards giving these graduates the practical experience, knowledge, and skills they need to smoothly transition from education to the professional world and excel as consultant engineers. We're excited to welcome graduates from all over the world annually and will be hosting similar events in other countries in the coming months.
