The Kent Graduate scheme is three years, and from the beginning, you are put on real-life projects with real-life clients. You get three years of structured training, so you complete modules and get outside external learning that kind of builds on each year that you're within the scheme.

You get a lot of good technical experience. There are a whole lot of courses that you can go on to further your education. And apart from that, across the whole company, there's a really strong community of graduates, so you don't feel like you're one of five graduates in an office.
