We won the EIC (Energy Industries Council) National Awards 2022 for Culture.

We couldn't be more proud of this great recognition. Painting a culture and purpose onto a blank canvas after the acquisition was a huge challenge.

By asking our 12,000 -strong team the question, "what kind of company do you want to work for?" we were able to shape a company based on everything we all heard and said. Building a vision for the future we can all believe in. Today, we are fully living it, embedding it into everything we do and allowing it to continue to evolve and grow.
