Scope of Work:

The Construction Consultant will work under Kent’s direction and supervision to manage and execute construction activities in line with company standards and project specifications across multiple projects and clients. The consultant will operate as part of Kent’s team, following internal policies and procedures, and reporting directly to designated line management. Responsibilities include strategic planning, site supervision, constructability reviews, and coordination of resources to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Requirements:

• Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Supervise and manage site construction teams to ensure compliance with contractual and safety requirements.
• Conduct constructability and readiness reviews, providing technical guidance.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Coordinate supply of equipment, subcontractors, and site facilities.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support multiple projects and clients, ensuring consistent coordination, communication, and timely delivery across all engagements

• What internal systems and reporting tools will the consultant be required to use?
• Are there specific compliance or training requirements prior to site access?

This engagement is structured inside IR35, meaning the consultant will work under Kent’s supervision and control, using Kent’s systems and processes, and will not have substitution rights or autonomy over how work is delivered. The consultant will be integrated into Kent’s team and follow company policies, including Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment, and Quality standards.
