Scope of Work:

Concept, FEED and Detailed Design of the Wind Turbine Generator Foundations for an Offshore Wind Farm in European waters.

Key Deliverables:

• Capable of performing general duties with no direct supervision and within agreed schedules and budgets.
• Supports the Engineering Management Team in planning, identifies commercial or contractual issues that could limit progress and delivery of the project, and interfaces with the client.
• Corporate reporting line is to the Engineering & Consulting Project Management Team Lead.
• As Project Manager oversee the overall execution of the project.
• Responsible for planning the project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and then managing these to ensure on time delivery, within budget and to the expected quality standards.
• Coordinate across technical disciplines, integrating technical and non-technical aspects, managing stakeholder relationships.
• Manage project risks, ensuring compliance and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure projects are executed effectively aligning with strategic objectives and governance standards.
• Performs related duties as and when instructed by Direct Supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Status preferred. Significant related experience working for Engineering/Client organisations in the Offshore Industry preferably.
• Strong background in project management with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
• Knowledge of safety and quality procedures and best practice
• Experience of Concept, FEED and detailed design projects for offshore foundations
• Deep understanding or project management methodologies, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong experience of Cost/Resource management and forecasting.
• Activity scheduling and project priorities
