About the job:

Kent is looking for outstanding candidates to join our Offshore Wind Market team within our Engineering and Consulting Services business. Offshore Wind Consultancy Lead will be responsible for expanding our offshore wind technical consulting services offered in the global offshore wind industry. This is an external facing role with a high degree of autonomy, reporting directly into Kent’s Offshore Wind Market Director. This position provides the opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to the growing renewables sector, actively helping to combat climate change.

We support flexible working arrangements and can discuss how we can accommodate individual requirements. This role can be considered on a part-time or full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for driving growth in Kent’s consultancy service line worldwide.
• Significant influence on the Offshore Wind strategy and business direction.
• Responsibility for business development, maintaining close connections with clients and brining in new ones.
• Bringing new service lines to the business, through training, recruitment, or acquisition.
• Support of the Kent technical community, business development community.
• Responsibility for the portfolio of front-end consultancy projects, including supporting technical delivery of strategic projects, if required.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

• Enthusiastic about being central to Kent’s offshore wind offering.
• An excellent understanding of the Offshore Wind market dynamics.
• Well connected with key industry bodies, JIPs and committees.
• Approachable, friendly and driven to succeed.
• Flexible and willing to travel on short term assignments.
