Congratulations to the first students graduating from the Kent Kazakhstan Development Academy (KKDA).
Birzhan Badel, Nadia Avdeyeva and Guliya Abdessova recently completed the Masterclass Online Foundation Program, an important step in their skills development.
KKDA was established in 2019 with a single aim… the development of local talent in skills critical to the overall success of the Future Growth Project.
The program identifies the potential of young Kazakh’s and seeks to nurture their further development through learning and mentorship. Ed Reynolds, FGP Project Manager, who lead the program on site, assisted by our Learning & Development Manager, Indira Kadyrkhanova, commented “KKDA delivers a tailored made professional development program. I’m so proud of our first 3 graduates and look forward to watching them flourish in their future careers”.
David Touhey, CCS Managing Director commented “Once travel restrictions are lifted, we look forward to welcoming the graduates on a visit to our other Kent locations, allowing them an opportunity to see first hand some of our other operations and gain an insight into potential further career advancement”.
