Independent oversight helps clients understand project health, readiness and performance at critical points in the lifecycle.
Our established Project Delivery Assurance (PDA) framework provides a structured approach to project health and stage-gate reviews, covering areas including governance, project controls, engineering maturity, schedule and cost baselines, risk and execution readiness.
A typical health check can run over about two weeks. We review your documents and project data, interview the owner and contractor teams, and test what is reported against the contracted baselines. You receive a health assessment, a short list of prioritised findings, and agreed actions with owners and dates.
When a project needs targeted support, we can bring in specialists across project recovery, planning and scheduling, technical assurance, claims and forensic analysis, governance, startup and execution readiness.
Where assurance identifies a problem, the same team can help address it. Equally, the findings stand on their own: you can take them to your own team or another provider.

Getting started does not need a new system or a major data exercise. We begin with exports from the tools you already use, such as Primavera P6, cost reports, the risk register and your document management system, and add connections over time if they are useful.
