Role scope 
To prepare and oversee work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly. Coordinates assigned engineering work with other project groups/disciplines. Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations and bid summaries
Details / responsibilities 
- For Stress Engineer
 - Identify stress packages from Stress Criteria, PIDs and line designation tables.
 - Perform pipe stress analysis of lines connected to critical equipment’s like pumps, columns, compressors, Heat exchangers, storage tanks with settlement etc.
 - Perform stress analysis of above ground and underground metallic and non-metallic piping.
 - Dynamic Modal analysis of piping system in Caesar II.
 - WRC 107/297 checks.
 - Flange leakage checks as per various options in Caesar II.
 - Provide stress markups and support loads to piping layout and Structural team.
 - Preparation of stress reports as per Client requirements.
 - Working as per the quality and safety requirement standards.
 - Adopting a flexible and open approach towards the needs of projects.
 
- Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification: 
 - Qualification / Certification:
 - Masters/Bachelor of Engineering OR Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from Indian University (UGC approved) or from Overseas University.
 - Skills Requirement:
 -  Perform the following tasks independently / with minimum guidance.
 - Well versed with software’s like Caesar II, Auto pipe, Nozzlepro, Navisworks.
 - Should have good knowledge in Pipe stress analysis.
 - Knowledge of piping codes and standards like ASME, API etc.
 - Stress Analysis of Metallic and Non-metallic piping connected to various static and rotating equipment’s.
 - Design and selection of pipe support, spring.
 
For Layout Engineer
- Good in design of piping layouts for process plants with concepts of Stress Analysis and Materials
 - Should have the capacity to work as Lead or as an Area Lead i.e., supervised / handled 20,000- 40,000 hours on an individual project. Should have independently handled a project / Area with 500-1,000 lines.
 - Handle a team of min 10 personnel.
 - Knowledge of statutory rules / regulations, global engineering standards.
 - Working as per the quality and safety requirement standards.
 - Adopting a flexible and open approach towards the needs of projects.
 - Versatile & proactive in approach adjusting to the project requirements.
 
- Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

 - Monitor the project budget and follow timely change management.
 - Directly supervises Sr. Engineers, Engineers, Design team.
