Responsibilities:

• Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Track inventory and restock goods when needed
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
• Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing
• Assist in the management and maintenance of contracts with vendors
• Assist in the negotiation and drafting contract terms and conditions
• Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations
• Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance
• Assist in the creation of daily, monthly and quarterly reports
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships
• Coordinating with other departments

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes
• Strong MS Office skills
• 5 years relevant experience in Supply Chain required

Communication:

• Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
