About the job:

Kent is looking for an HRBP with emphasis in Talent Acquisition fully bilingual in English and Spanish to provides support to Kent employees in our Bogota office, reporting to HR Manager Regionally.

Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection Process: Lead and ensure the recruitment and selection processes, generating strategies for the attraction of candidates by attracting candidates, through the search for alliances and the use of specialized tools, to guarantee the pre-selection of resumes that meet the requirements of the company.
  • Guarantee 100% of the required personnel, considering the requests of the projects/staff, according to the vacancies and profiles requested.
  • Position Profiles: Responsible for the creation of position profiles for specific projects, and accompaniment in updating or creating in the updating or creation of job profiles for core staff.
  • Public Employment Service: Ensuring compliance with current regulations for companies in the hydrocarbon sector, making the publication of the sector companies, publishing vacancies through authorized platforms and ensuring that the process is carried out in full compliance with the process is carried out in full compliance with the stipulations of the associated decrees.
  • Reports and audits: Weekly or monthly reports as applicable, to show the status of processes and relevant information in the engineering area, as well as projects and at a regional level.

  • Performance Evaluation System: Align Human Resources with the Company's strategic objectives and plans, through the implementation of a Performance Evaluation System. Through the implementation of a Performance Evaluation System that allows us to define objectives, to define objectives, generate follow-ups and determine employee results, to achieve an impact on the fulfillment of the organizations and the fulfillment of the organizations objectives.
  • Support in Human Talent Processes: Support in the different sub-processes of the Human Talent area when required, considering the specific requests made.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
  • Bachelor of Psychology, Business Administration or Equivalent.
  • More than 10 years of experience in Human Resources / 6 of them desirable in Oil&Gas.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Communication:

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish, Level B2.
