We provided engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for one of the biggest NOCs in the Middle East, aimed at enhancing unconventional gas production in a remote, logistically challenging environment. The project involved the construction of four Surface Processing Facilities (SPFs) to handle 79.2 MMSCFD of gas from 40 wellheads, with the additional deployment of solar-powered wells— Our client’s first foray into renewable-powered infrastructure. By integrating advanced control systems, extensive underground flow lines, and communication towers, we ensured a highly efficient and sustainable gas production operation.

Scope:

Construction of 4 Surface Processing Facilities (SPFs) to process 79.2 MMSCFD per facility.
Installation of 350 kms of overhead power lines, and associated infrastructure.
Deployment of 11 solar-powered wells and installation of 3 TETRA communication towers.
Installation of over 1,000 km of underground flow lines and 225 Km of Metallic trunk lines (16” to 30”).
Seamless integration of new facilities with existing infrastructure and control systems.
