Onshore and offshore diesel fuel supply system design and implementation support

Kent provided comprehensive design and engineering expertise for the relocation of the ex-loading dock piping system for a major NOC in the Middle East. Our role included designing an efficient diesel fuel supply system that integrates Sea Berth-1 & 2 with the North Dolphin-A platform and Onshore facilities. Kent optimised fuel flow, minimised transit times, and ensured compliance with international safety standards, all while maintaining operational continuity.

Scope:

• Installation of a Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM).
• Installation of a new SPM Buoy at Sea Berth No.1.
• Installation of LV subsea composite cables and J-tubes between North Dolphin-A and VCP.
• Upgrading obsolete electrical equipment at North Dolphin-A, B, and VCP.
• Evaluation and upgrade of the offshore loading facility power system.
