About the Position:

The Cost Control Administrator role will act as a primary focus for administrative activities of the project: Personnel Approval Forms (PAF), Budget Allocation Requests (BAR)

Your responsibilities:

• Demonstrated high level of coordination skills to gather cost-related data from project leads, accounts, and others.
• Maintenance of registers: personnel onboarding and leaving the project, budget allocation request.
• Assist in the preparation of Personnel Approval Forms, Budget Allocation Request Forms.
• Assist in updating the Staffing Plan (white- and blue-collar personnel).
• Distribution of project related documentation.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing for project control reports and other related documents.
• Ensure that areas of concern are highlighted relating to contract costs, activities, and contract deviation.
• Assist in compiling monthly and fortnightly reports.
• Develop skills to understand the fundamentals of our business & the implications of contract of contract clauses.
• Liaise closely with the Cost Control, Change Management and Procurement teams

Requirements:

Qualification/ Certification:

• Professional Tertiary Qualification in a relevant discipline

Skills Requirement:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage to deadlines
• Experienced in administration
• Agile and pragmatic and accustomed to delivering standardized outcomes in a highly dynamic environment
• Process and progress driven, based on factual analytics, combined with very transparent skills (up, transversally and down) of simple financial reflexes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to deliver successful outcomes through dispersed teams
• PC Skills, MS Office (specifically Excel), Oracle ERP
• Analytical skills associated with developing and utilizing performance measures and project reporting
