In this role, you will undertake the following duties:

• Project specific codes, standards and regulations and specifications that apply to Automation Project Automation Deliverables
• Project quality management system and procedures
• Automation work flowProject Automation database (e.g. Smart Plant).
• Piping & Instrument drawings (P&IDs)
• Modeling of offline instruments, Junction box, Air manifold, Local panel etc.
• 3D Modeling Clash check and resolution
• JB grouping
• Preparation of instrumentation location plans
• Preparation of fire and gas location layout
• Preparation cable routing layout
• Preparation Tray routing layout
• Preparation of Hookup / Installation drawings
• Assist with as-building deliverables.

Knowledge/Skills and Experience:

5-14 years of design experience in Upstream Oil & Gas, Refinery, & Petrochemical industry. Candidates having experience in Engineering office of Reputed Consulting Engineering Companies preferably in the field of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals and Chemical sector will be preferred.

Software Experience:

• 2D and 3D AutoCAD and Micro station, Smart PLANT, PDS, AutoPLANT
• Other project-specific software tools
• Microsoft Office Suite

Qualification/ Certification:

• Diploma or ITI in Instrumentation

Skills Requirement:

• International Codes & Standards and Best Engineering Practices that apply to Automation.
• Basic awareness of quality management system and procedures
• General understanding of project management and control procedures
• Automation workflow
• Project Automation Deliverables
• Understanding of P&IDs and Process Control.
