Commissioning and maintenance services for an IGCC plant

We provided commissioning and maintenance support for a world-class Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) power plant. This facility includes a gasification unit, a power generation facility with five combined-cycle units, an air separation unit, and associated infrastructure such as tanks, water treatment systems, and cooling water systems. The gas turbines use syngas as the primary fuel, with high sulfur fuel oil as an alternate.

Our team of 226 experts, including field advisors and document control specialists, played a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the plant and its complex systems. During the plant's turnover, our team was transferred to the new operator to maintain continuity and support efficient plant operation, adhering to all safety and compliance standards.
