Your Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding still, animated and real-time visualisation.

• Co-ordinate with Global Creative Design Team.

• Work alongside Technical and Creative leaders to deliver work within deadline, budget and to client brief.

• Manage project deliverables to deliver an excellent standard of output.

• Develop a friendly rapport with colleagues at all levels both locally and across other Kent locations.

• Look to evolve ways of working and create efficiencies with colleagues on projects.

• Take responsibility to continually develop and learn new technical skills.

• Complete timesheets accurately and on time

• Support the brand and creative team with other graphic design work as and when required.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

Qualification/ Certification:

• Relevant degree level qualification

Skills Requirement:

• 3DS Max, V-Ray and Photoshop essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe creative suite essential.
• Good working knowledge of Maya and Unreal engines.
• Experience working with Navis Works, Autocad, and Civil 3D.
• You are deeply passionate about visualising the built environment.
• You have outstanding attention to detail.
• You have very strong communication skills; continued collaboration is required across Kent global offices.
• You’re adept at anticipating and solving complex production problems.
• You have strong time management and project management skills and will take responsibility for your own and the wider team’s client
• deliveries.
• You are passionate about your work and keep up with the latest industry trends in Visualisation, AR, and VR

Communication:

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to take briefs and communicate progress clearly with Project Managers and Designers in other parts of the world.
• Able to collaborate and work as a team to earn loyalty and respect.
• Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity.
• Able to inspire and lead by example.
