Kent reaches proud global safety milestone

We are Fanatical About Performance and fundamental to this core belief is the welfare of the people who work with us globally.

On 6 March 2022, our global operations reached the fantastic milestone of 1 year without a lost-time injury, having completed over 26 million work hours.

This was no accident (if you’ll pardon the pun). Our teams work hard every day to ensure we are establishing environments where risk is understood and controlled. At Kent, we know that safety is not just about compliance, it’s about understanding why people make the choices they make. We are building a movement to empower people to make better choices through great culture and effective leadership. Leadership by everyone. Because we all own the responsibility to be the custodian of safe outcomes.

It is our strongest belief that we will end every day at Zero. And this incredible milestone is a testament to that.
