Kent Data Centres is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Australian-based Base Services Group, strengthening its commissioning capability and project delivery support across the region's rapidly growing data centre market.
The agreement brings together Kent Data Centres' global technical expertise and mission-critical infrastructure experience with Base Services Group's established local delivery capability and extensive network across Australia. Together, the companies will collaborate on commissioning projects nationwide, combining proven global delivery with deep local market knowledge.
Base Services Group is a regionally recognised independent commissioning authority with more than 30 years of experience supporting complex construction and critical infrastructure projects. Through its structured CxA Process, its specialist team has delivered projects across Australia designed to optimise efficiency, quality assurance and risk mitigation throughout the construction lifecycle. The business is currently engaged on 15 concurrent data centre projects across four states for multiple clients.
Kent Data Centres supports clients across the full data centre lifecycle and is currently involved in delivering 8 GW of projects globally. Backed by Kent's engineering and energy expertise and global footprint, the business continues to expand its footprint across APAC, supporting clients in delivering resilient, efficient and future-ready digital infrastructure.
