Kent announces intention to exit Russia

We are deeply saddened by the events currently taking place in Ukraine and the human suffering caused by this conflict.

We have been evaluating our path forward as the situation has developed, and now confirm that it is our intention to cease operating in Russia. We will not enter into new contracts in the country as we develop our transition plan. We will continue to prioritise the safety, health and well-being of our people, with a focus on ensuring the job security of our existing employees in Sakhalin.

We remain focused on partnering with our clients to provide our world with the energy it needs in the most responsible way ever imagined. We’ll work with our clients to determine what that looks like in the face of the immediate challenges ahead.
