Our Approach to Sustainability
Informed by an independent materiality assessment conducted in 2022, our sustainability strategy, Sustainability. by Kent, focuses on three core pillars:

Each pillar is supported by measurable targets and actionable roadmaps that ensure we remain accountable to our commitments and continue driving impactful change.
The Role of Our Sustainability Council
Our Sustainability Council, established in 2022 and led by our VP of Sustainability, plays a critical role in guiding our strategy. Sponsored by our CEO, the council ensures our sustainability efforts are embedded across the business. Each pillar is overseen by a council member who develops and manages a roadmap, collaborates with working groups, and tracks progress to ensure we meet our targets. These efforts are localized and executed by our operational leaders, who share best practices and insights with the council to drive continuous improvement.
2023 Sustainability Report
In 2023, we achieved several significant milestones in line with our three pillars:
- 15% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from our 2022 baseline, with a goal to reach 30% by 2027.
- 23% of revenue generated from low-carbon and renewable solutions, setting the path for 25% by 2028.
- Zero environmental incidents and a continued commitment to eliminating single-use plastics by 2025.
- Continued investment in our people by offering career development opportunities and fostering an inclusive environment that supports professional growth and meaningful contributions.
- Enhanced efforts to support local communities, with over $210,000 in charitable donations and increased focus on wellbeing and inclusivity.
