Kent strengthens offshore safety commitment with OEUK ESA signature

OEUK ESA banner

Kent has signed the Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) Energy Services Agreement (ESA), reinforcing its commitment to maintaining high standards for offshore workforce welfare, safety and operational performance. The ESA sets out minimum employment conditions, including pay, allowances, working hours and governance, helping to create a safe, fair and productive offshore environment while strengthening alignment with industry bodies and trade unions.

As an existing signatory to Connected Competence, Kent continues to demonstrate its commitment to industry-recognised safety and technical standards across the UK offshore sector. The adoption of the ESA further supports Kent’s approach to responsible delivery, ensuring offshore projects are underpinned by a strong safety culture and a well-supported, highly competent workforce.
