Kent's Chief Operating Officer, Tush Doshi, will be speaking at Gastech on "*From guidance to greatness: Defining mentorship goals to ensure a productive and beneficial relationship*".

Drawing on Kent's successful reverse mentoring programme, Tush will share how creating opportunities for open dialogue across different career stages has strengthened leadership, fostered inclusion and reinforced a culture of continuous learning. The session will explore how mentoring can become a two-way exchange of ideas that builds stronger relationships, challenges assumptions and helps organisations develop more connected, adaptable leaders.
