The Opportunity:

Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? Kent is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead to be based in Perth. This role will be responsible for hands-on end-to-end recruitment activities and coordination across key projects within the region. You will be reporting to the SVP Talent Acquisition (Dubai based) with local support from Director, People and Culture (Perth based), this role provides operational guidance for the TA function, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment services, while maintaining high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.

In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:

• Provide day-to-day management and mentorship to the TA team (TA Specialists and Mobilisation coordinators) across Australia
• Act as the focal point for all recruitment activities, including bids and tenders whilst acting as the first point of escalation for recruitment related matters on major projects
• Drive a high-performance culture and encourage knowledge-sharing and professional growth within the TA team
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies and ensure effective talent pipelines
• Monitor the team’s use and quality of job boards, ensuring consistency and effective external visibility
• Track and report on invoices in collaboration with finance and procurement teams.
• Develop and deliver regular recruitment reports, including roles in process or filled against the schedule, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, DE&I metrics, and cost-per-hire.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement using recruitment data and stakeholder feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, job board providers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, policies, and templates.
