About the Job:
Kent is looking for a Sustainability Data Analyst to support our sustainability strategy through robust data management, analysis, and reporting. The role will focus on collecting, validating, and analysing sustainability data across global operations to support transparent reporting, performance improvement, delivering accurate disclosures for internal leadership and external stakeholders and compliance with international sustainability frameworks.
Skills & responsibilities
Sustainability Data Management
- Collect, manage and validate sustainability data from global operations, including energy use, emissions, water, waste, and social metrics
- Maintain and improve sustainability data systems, dashboards, and databases
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple regions and business units
Analytics & Insights
- Analyse sustainability performance trends and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Develop dashboards and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making
Support carbon footprint calculations, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions
Reporting & Disclosure
- Support preparation of sustainability reports aligned with frameworks such as:
- Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
- Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
- International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) S1 & S2
- Assist with annual sustainability reporting and regulatory disclosures
- Support in annual disclosures such as:
- Provide sustainability data for client reporting and project proposals
- Work with operational teams to gather sustainability performance data
- Support internal teams in understanding sustainability reporting processes, metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with out Technology and Transformation team to improve data collection tools and processes
- Identify opportunities to automate sustainability data processes
- Support development of sustainability KPIs and performance targets
- Stay updated on emerging sustainability regulations and reporting standards
- The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, sustainability reporting, or data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as:
- Excel / Power BI
- Knime or Python (desirable)
- Salesforce Net Zero Cloud (desirable)
- Understanding of carbon accounting and environmental metrics
- Experience working with sustainability reporting frameworks
- Experience supporting sustainability audits or assurance processes (desirable)
Communication:
- Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
