About the role: The successful candidates will be based in Perth and responsible for piping design deliverables and developing and maintaining awareness of changes in the relevant technology and design tools to ensure Kent is applying best practice for high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
We work across the energy industry spectrum, from serving the conventional energy markets of upstream oil and gas, LNG, refineries and petrochemical and into a more sustainable future including offshore wind, carbon capture and hydrogen.

You will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for the piping deliverables
Develop and maintain awareness of changes in the relevant technology and design tools to ensure Kent is applying best practice for high levels of efficiency and effectiveness
Liaise with the other members of the mechanical/piping team and other disciplines to ensure all design requirements are addressed
Liaise with clients engineering, construction and operations personnel to ensure all project requirements have been addressed.
Design inputs to BoDs, Scopes of Work, Piping Specifications, Data Sheets and Material Requisitions
Site investigations for preparation and checking of work scopes
Development of ‘best-practice’ guidelines for the piping discipline team in the production of deliverables and inputs for the multidiscipline team members.
