About the job:
Kent is seeking a highly experienced Lead Recruiter with progressive recruitment experience within the Energy sector, specialising in Oil & Gas and Engineering disciplines. Reporting to the Regional TA Director.
This role is critical to delivering large-scale, complex recruitment projects, including Aramco, requiring strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to drive performance across teams.
The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment delivery, manage and develop a team of recruiters, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Skills and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple projects within Oil & Gas / Engineering
- Oversee and develop a team of recruiters, including workload allocation, performance management, and capability building
- Drive and monitor team KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics, ensuring consistent performance against targets
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to enhance team effectiveness
- Lead large-scale, high-volume recruitment campaigns, including mobilisation for major energy projects
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, advising on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and market insights
- Ensure delivery of recruitment aligned to project timelines, client expectations, and commercial objectives
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles across global markets
- Ensure full compliance (ISO Standards) with internal governance and client-specific requirements (including Aramco standards)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes, systems, and delivery models
- Provide leadership reporting on recruitment performance, risks, and forecasting

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CIPD Preferred
Communication:
- Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
Behavior/ Core Competencies:
- Extensive recruitment experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-volume projects, within the Oil & Gas / Engineering sectors, including hands-on delivery and team leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading recruitment teams within high-performance environments
- Proven ability to manage and deliver against KPIs, SLAs, and high-volume hiring targets
- Strong experience conducting 1:1s, performance management, and team development
- Aramco recruitment / project mobilization experience is a must
- Strong stakeholder management skills at senior and executive level
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Oracle preferred) and recruitment reporting/analytics
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of project delivery impact
