We are looking for an experienced AVEVA E3D Administrator to support and administer the AVEVA E3D (Everything3D) environment for multidisciplinary engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project setup, database administration, catalog and specification management, user support, customization, and ensuring efficient execution of engineering design activities across disciplines. This role is ideal for professionals with EPC/EPCM experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemicals, or Industrial sectors.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain AVEVA E3D environments for multiple engineering projects.
  • Create and manage project databases, workshare environments, and standalone projects.
  • Configure project settings, naming conventions, PBS structures, and SEED files.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and project permissions.
  • Create, maintain, and customize catalogs, specifications, and reference data.
  • Develop custom components, supports, reports, labels, view styles, and graphic rules.
  • Configure drawing templates and isometric generation (Fabrication, Stress & Tracing Isometrics).
  • Perform database integrity checks, backups, restores, and troubleshooting.
  • Support model federation, clash detection, and coordination using Navisworks.
  • Integrate CAD data from AutoCAD, MicroStation, DGN, DWG, SAT, IFC, and other formats.
  • Configure IFC export and Rule Checker services.
  • Support design reviews, model audits, and technical issue resolution.
  • Develop automation scripts using PML and/or Python wherever applicable.
  • Coordinate with IT teams on software installation, licensing, upgrades, and server performance.
  • Provide technical support and user training to engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and quality procedures.

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 5–12 years of experience in AVEVA E3D/PDMS Administration.
  • Experience supporting large EPC/EPCM projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering workflows.

Communication:

  • Excellent oral and written communication and skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones
