The Role

Kent is seeking a driven and detail-focused Commissioning & Completions Management System Administrator (CCMS) to join our team. This role is central to ensuring project data and systems completion are accurate, up to date, and delivered on time.

You will manage and maintain the Systems Completion Database, track check sheets, punch items and as-builts, support change management processes, generate progress reports, and provide support to system users. Working closely with engineering, field, and commissioning teams, you will play a key role in project coordination and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Populate and maintain the Systems Completion Database, including MOC updates, RFIs, DCNs, and redlines/as-builts
• Track and control punch items and check sheets
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly completion reports
• Administer change management within the database
• Support audits and participate in project meetings
• Create tag completion reports and assist with data exports
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong computer and database management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, field, and commissioning teams
• Experience with Completion Management Systems (e.g., Hexagon, Orbit CMS, Omega PIMS, or Continuum Edge) preferred
