The RAP programme has four different types of RAPs: Reflect, Innovate, Stretch, and Elevate, with each type representing a different stage of an organisation’s reconciliation journey. As we embark on ours, we are currently on the Reflect stage, which is dedicated to building our understanding of Indigenous cultures, histories, and issues.
