About the job:

Kent is growing dynamically in the UK in response to demand for its core services: decarbonizing Oil & Gas, designing and maintaining Offshore Wind, and creating new Low Carbon energy infrastructure. We are looking for a multi-discipline Study Lead to help win and lead a broad range of consultancy studies spanning early-stage process engineering activities (i.e. concept, appraise and select), progressing to FEED for small to medium-sized projects as well as operational support and troubleshooting, to provide practical solutions to our clients’ challenges, including the requirement to de-carbonize oil and gas production.

Are you ready to take up a vital role in shaping some of our exciting projects? How about joining our talented team, where everyone has a voice, and together we face our clients' problems head-on. It's a diverse and inclusive work environment where world-class talent knows no distinctions. Together we have created an enviable portfolio of long term client relationships and successful projects across all our markets.

Joining our Engineering & Consulting team in Aberdeen, you’ll be in a world-class and growing team of over 120 engineers helping our clients deliver more from their existing assets and new developments safely and efficiently and helping them on their energy transition journeys.

You will work on a variety of projects, involved in the analysis, assessment, optioneering and design of process systems, ranging from single discipline studies to large multidiscipline projects. Typical projects include elements of CCUS schemes, production enhancements including tie-ins and infills, and asset life extension, modernization and emission reduction projects.

Working closely with our clients, you’ll be consulting with them to develop a full understanding of their project requirements, delivering cost effective and innovative solutions. There will be opportunities to collaborate with over 300 engineers in the UK and more than 2,000 professionals in key locations across the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Market Director and Business Development team in building long term trusted relationships with our clients – both established and emerging with the energy transition – to identify opportunities.

This presents a range of new challenges including working with new fluids and electrifying production.
  • The majority of our work is domestic but opportunities arise to support our clients wherever they operate.
