About the job:


Responsible for the detailed Take-Offs of E&I quantities from Locations Drawings, Cable Schedules, Equipment Lists, Instrument Index Files and P&IDs. Build full BOQs by CWPs and fully aligning all portions back to Unit Rate Pay Items. Responsible for Field Measurement of all quantities and detailed reporting within Company System CCMS.


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Support detailed take-off from E&I Construction Documents.
  • Review of measurement definition documents and validations of E&I Installation Details.
  • Support the continuous walk down of field installations, ensuring that all quantities are captured and reported promptly.
  • Where applicable, carry out site measures by contractual procedures.
  • Support in the administration and development of FIWP’s
  • Coordination with Workforce Planning Team and Project Controls Team, ensuring real-time data is available to support detailed planning efforts.
  • Support Field Engineering Team with preparation RFI’s and Technical Queries.
  • Support Project Team with Markup of documents for Redlining of Construction Documents.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.


Qualifications:


  • 5-8 years’ work experience.
  • Professional Qualification, Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Qualified candidates will possess at least five years of industry experience, with a preference for international E&I or Oil and Gas projects.
  • Experience in E&I Unit Rate Contracts
  • Strong PC Skills, MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Experience and knowledge in Kentz CCMS System

  • Experienced in Leading a multicultural group/team
  • Team Player.
  • Experienced in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence, mentorship skills and relationship building skills.
  • Superior interpersonal, organizational, analytical, managerial and communication skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Microsoft applications (including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) for processing spreadsheets and information retrieval.
  • Analytical skills with developing and utilizing performance measures.


Communication:


  • Excellent communications (written/verbal) skills.
