Kent is seeking a Project Controls Manager who has undertaken project controls on multi discipline EPC or EPCM projects. This role will be based in our Brisbane office for our Ampol Future Fuels Project.

About the role:
This key project role has the overall responsibility for implementing and managing control procedures, and leading operational tasks in the areas of cost, document, and schedule control to meet the project’s performance objectives and associated reporting.

This role is required to operate effectively within our project to support the discipline Managers in their roles. The PCM will work closely with the Project Director to deliver the project on time, within budget and to the required quality and ensure financial reporting and control for the project is managed and reported accurately and timely noting that there is a direct link between project summary reporting and the business unit accounts.

The Project Management group collectively will ensure that Kent continues to deliver the project to Kent’s client in accordance with a well-established market reputation (technical excellence in services, service delivery, cost, schedule and quality).

The PCM will have managed client interaction to ensure overall satisfaction, continuous improvement, repeat business and profitable growth.

The PCM will demonstrate safety leadership; work and communicate effectively with the local and wider Kent organisation in the development and successful implementation of the Global strategy and the local strategic objectives and business plan.
