About the job:


Kent is recruiting a Timekeeper Admin on a permanent basis, based in Calgary, Alberta. The purpose of this position is to prepare monthly time sheets (payroll statements). Daily report on the number of employees for clients. Prepare reports on the workforce for management. Monitoring of working hours and attendance at the place of each employee. Organization of overtime authorization systems. Collecting travel tickets from staff and updating travel reports. Assistance to the Departments of Management, Planning, Administration and Transport.


Your responsibilities:
  • Personnel and Equipment time sheets on daily basis, Weekly and or Monthly.
  • Preparing Monthly Time sheets (Salary Sheet).
  • Headcount Daily Report for clients.
  • Manpower report for Management.
  • Collecting Signature to PDTS & EDTS from Management and from clients.
  • Controlling work hours and attendance on the site of each personnel, in cooperation with Supervisors.
  • Overtime authorization systems organization.
  • Collecting travel tickets from personnel and updating travel reports.
  • Assistance to Management, Planning, Administration and Transport Departments.


Your Knowledge/skills, education & experience


  • Degree in business administration and/or extensive equivalent experience in administrative/office duties.
  • Computer literate, MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Personnel and Equipment time sheets on daily basis, weekly and/or monthly.
  • Preparing Monthly Time Sheets (Salary Sheet).
  • Headcount Daily Report for clients.
  • Manpower report for Management.
  • Controlling work hours and attendance on the site of each personnel, in cooperation with supervisors.
