About the Job:
Kent is a new force in the Energy Sector, rapidly and inclusively growing its capability and impact across oil and gas, offshore wind and low carbon consulting and engineering projects. We require a capable and flexible commercial manager to engage with our clients and suppliers, pre- and post-contract, to ensure that risks are prudently managed, and rewards to each party are proportionate to their contribution. At bid stage, we will expect the successful candidate to show creativity and agility in developing attractive risk/reward agreements, to provide oversight during the project, through to a successful conclusion for all parties.
In total, Kent has around 50 valued framework contracts with blue-chip energy clients, we would expect the commercial manager to ensure these agreements are managed, and Kent’s reputation for delivery and excellent client relationships is maintained, working hand in hand with our Market Directors and Business Development colleagues.
