We are conducting the Pre-FEED assessment for the proposed Spiorad na Mara offshore wind farm, formerly known as N4. This project aims to support Scotland's net zero emissions target by 2045. Located approximately 5-13 kilometers off the west coast of the Isle of Lewis, the wind farm has a potential capacity of around 900 MW, which could meet the average annual electricity needs of around 815,000 Scottish homes and save more than 1.36 million tonnes of CO2 emissions each year.
Our responsibilities include a comprehensive assessment of the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation concept, selection, and foundation sizing. Utilising available site information, we ensure the foundation's integrity and reliability, emphasising our expertise and commitment at the Pre-FEED stage of project development.
