About the job:

Kent is recruiting for a Site Certification & Completions Coordinator required for work on Fawley Refinery for a 6 month period. Working under the Alliance Construction Manager and overseeing Alliance Partner System Certification & Completions execution and delivery.

Key Deliverables:

· Based onsite at Fawley Refinery you would be responsible for driving the mechanical commissioning system handover requirements from area completion to system/sub-system milestones. You will act as the key interface between the Construction and Commissioning team focusing on the bulk construction phase transition to achieve priority system handover dates to commissioning.

· You should be able to understand, interpret, and work from various forms of project drawings such as P&IDs, SLD’s, wiring diagrams, schematics and 3D models. You have proven experience in working to deliver handovers from construction to commissioning activities and significant experience in commissioning and startup projects.

· Compile Project documentation and enter data into the Hexagon Smart Completions database in accordance with the project Completions and Handover Procedure.

· Coordinate and utilise as a super user the Hexagon Smart Completions system to enable Client Document acceptance and ultimately Handover.

· Receive Lifetime Quality Records, and ensure their compilation, compliance, and Quality accuracy are in line with Project Specific requirements.

· Submit completed Lifetime Quality Records and Inspection Test Records (ITR’s) for Commissioning, Client review, and Acceptance.

· Scan documents and add to an agreed completion pack.

· Using existing approved ITR’s templates to build up electronic database records, adding Tag Numbers, data and prepare and add CofC and finally prepare Final sign off page (List on Signatories).

· Sense check completed documents/ ITR’s and then submit to the appropriate signatories for review and hopefully sign off/acceptance.

· Ability to use Hexagon Smart Completions management system for compiling ITR’s.

· Ability to read and comprehend isometric drawings to the necessary standard.

· Liaise with the projects regulatory compliance representatives to ensure that the completions documentation that is delivered conforms to project requirements.

· Record supporting data in accordance with verification and validation requirements.

· Actively drive continuous improvement within the completions process

· Actively drive completions progress to meet project delivery deadlines.

· Oversee the compilation of all Handover packs, for each handover phase, ensuring any requirements specified by the Client have been satisfied.

· Liaise with the Project Commissioning and Construction teams to ensure the Commissioning Completions requirements are aligned within the Construction schedule’.

· You will have a demonstrable track record in the configuration and management of completions management systems. Your track record will also show significant multi discipline completions experience in a highly regulated industry.

· Review LOSH drawings (Create MC Limit Of System Handover from composite / ensure latest rev / Overlapping boundaries)

· Produce completions scope for construction work packs.

· Coordinate all project MC inspection activities including internal and external MC activities.

· Ensure TQ’s are assigned to correct subsystems.

· Review handover packs for impact of design change and TQ responses.

Key Requirements:

· Relevant experience in oil & gas projects.

· A Relevant trade certificate e.g. City and Guilds or You will need to be qualified to Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) NVQ Mechanical-Level 3. BTEC HNC Mechanical.

· You will have a demonstrable track record in the configuration and management of completions management systems. Your track record will also show significant multi discipline completions experience in a highly regulated industry.

· Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Share Point.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills English required.

· Strong Microsoft office skills.

· Possess strong Mechanical Completions systems and handover acumen and in-depth knowledge of ISO procedures and systems.

· Collaborative team player - Should be able to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders across all regions and functions within the Alliance.

· Good Technical Installation & Quality experience within the Energy Sector.
