The Senior People Systems Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Oracle HCM system and ensuring its effective integration with other ERP systems. This role will collaborate with HR teams globally to streamline HR processes, enhance data integrity, and support business objectives through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oracle HCM Management:

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Oracle HCM system.
  • Ensure the system is updated with the latest patches and versions.

2. ERP Integration:

  • Manage the integration of Oracle HCM with other ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure system compatibility and performance.

3. System Optimization:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize HR processes through system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process maps and user guides.

4. Data Management:

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the HR systems.
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks.

5. Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of Oracle HCM and ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

6. Project Management:

  • Lead and participate in HR system-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide system solutions.

7. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in HR technology and ERP systems
  • Recommend and implement best practices to enhance system performance and user experience

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems and their application in HR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global or multinational company.
  • Proficiency in other HR software and systems.
  • Certification in Oracle HCM or related ERP systems.


  • Excellent English language in both oral and written communication and skills.

  • Proficient in analyzing data to drive decisions.
  • Ensures data integrity and accuracy in all system-related activities.

  • Provides high-quality support and service to HR teams and other stakeholders.

10. Leadership:

  • Takes initiative and leads projects or tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Supports team members to achieve their best performance.
