About the role:
This is an amazing opportunity to join a warm & welcoming Talent Acquisition team, working for a global organisation with a family feel. Reporting to the Australia Talent Acquisition Lead, the Resourcer plays a crucial role in the recruitment process by supporting recruiters and Hiring Managers in finding suitable candidates for job vacancies. The Resourcer acts as a valuable support function in the recruitment process. They contribute to the efficiency of the recruitment process by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct targeted searches to build a pipeline of qualified Blue-Collar candidates for current and future positions.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential Blue-Collar candidates.
Proactively source passive Blue-Collar candidates through networking and outreach.
Initiate contact with potential Blue-Collar candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media to assess their interest and suitability for specific roles.
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies.
Conduct regular market mapping to identify key players, emerging talent, and potential recruitment challenges.
Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and specifications.
Provide timely and accurate candidate shortlists to recruiters for evaluation.
Assist in coordinating interviews and assessments for candidates
Maintain accurate candidate records on the internal applicant tracking system
Identifies opportunities for improving overall candidate experience
Conduct interviews when required
Conduct end to end recruitment when required
Any other ad hoc requests from the Talent Acquisition Lead
About You:
Our ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in similar role as a Resourcer or Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
