In this role, you will undertake the following duties:

· Good in design of piping layouts for process plants.

· Clear concepts of Material engineering & stress analysis.

· Should have worked in the capacity as a Lead i.e., supervised / handled 20,000- 40,000 work hours on an individual project. Independently handled a project / Area with more than 1500 lines.

· Knowledge of statutory rules / regulations is essential.

· Working as per the quality and safety requirement standards.

· Adopting a flexible and open approach towards the needs of projects.

· Lead the team of Engineers & Designers,

· Support in proposals & estimation activities.

· Conduct skill-based training for junior engineers/designers.

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Skills Requirement:

Perform the following tasks independently/with minimum guidance:

· Lead Engineer of mid to large-sized project.

· Clear in concepts of layout, stress & materials.

· Responsible for coordination with other disciplines.

· Responsible for quality of deliverables.

· Planning & Scheduling

· Control of work hours.

· Estimation.

· Contributes to developmental activities.

· Directly supervises Sr. Engineers and Sr Designers.


The Employee shall observe the Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Quality rules of the Company; it’s clients and the governing authorities of the host country.

· Employee is responsible for adhering to all health and safety procedures, reporting hazards or incidents promptly, and actively participating in maintaining a safe workplace.

· Ensure mandatory safety training are completed.

Software Tools:

· Familiar & flexible in adapting all 3D Design Software’s.

· Computer Applications: Windows operating systems.

Qualification/ Certification:

Masters/Bachelor of Engineering OR Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering from Indian University (UGC approved) or from Overseas University.


· English - Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Good Interpersonal skills.

· Presentation and business communication skill.

· Identify/report technical concerns and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

· Should be able to attend project and team meetings.

· Conduct technical training session for team.

· Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and practices.
